These are some cupcakes that I did for a 40th birthday party! I know everyone claims that their vanilla cake is the best...but mine really is. Vanilla cakes with vanilla bean buttercream frosting (tinted bright pink), and chocolate coffee cake with white chocolate ganache and fondant decoration.
